At WRJ Developers, Jermaine’s leadership has been instrumental in pioneering innovative projects that address the housing needs of Cleveland's underserved neighborhoods. Notably, his work on the ArkiTainer project—a 64-unit apartment complex constructed from repurposed shipping containers on 72nd Street—is a testament to his vision for sustainable, modern housing solutions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jermaine has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to diversity and inclusion. His previous role with the City of Cleveland Airport System as a Certified Certification Officer and Outreach Coordinator allowed him to champion these values on federally funded projects, earning him the title of Employee of the Year and a 10-Year Service Award.
Jermaine’s leadership extends beyond the workplace. As a 25-year member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., he serves as Chairman of both the Executive Board and the Property Directorate Board, managing 100 units at the Kappa House. His dedication to personal growth and community service is further reflected in his involvement with Toastmasters International, where he has earned both Competent Communicator and Competent Leadership designations.
