JERMAINE BROOKS
Jermaine Brooks is employed with The City of Cleveland Airport System as a Certified Certification Officer and Outreach Coordinator. An active member of the Airport Minority Advisory Council, he works diligently to ensure diversity and inclusion on federally funded projects. Recently, he was named Employee of the Year and received a 10 Year Service Award.
Jermaine graduated from Warrensville Heights High School, attended Allegheny College, and is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. Brooks is a 25-year member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., where he is Chairman of the Executive Board and Chairman of the Property Directorate Board in which he manages 100 units at the Kappa House.
Prior to being licensed Jermaine managed a residential portfolio of 46 properties, in which he acquired, renovated, rented, and managed. He became a licensed agent in 2014 in order to start selling this 4-million-dollar portfolio.
Since being licensed he has listed and sold over 500 properties and amassed over 9 million in sales as a part time agent. He continues to be one of the areas sought out agents by foreign investors looking to invest in Cuyahoga County. He has continued to grow, earning his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan has recognized him as a Top Agent, Member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, Individual Sales Volume Bronze Winner, Quantum Leap Award Winner, and ranked #99 of 1⁄2 of 1% of 1.4 million licensed agents in the United States.
Jermaine is also a member of Toastmasters International obtaining his Competent Communicator and Competent Leadership designations and enjoys competing in the International Speech Contest.
